Andrew has been in the fitness industry as both a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He has a background in competitive rowing, but also enjoys tossing a frisbee around, cross-country skiing, and cycling. In a less physical capacity, he loves a good cup of coffee and science-fiction. Andrew is well-loved by the members for his great jokes in the morning, his dry sense of humour and always providing great support to try one's best!
