Come check out our Orangetheory Fitness South Keys facility in Ottawa, Ontario. We have top trainers to guide you as you work out next to world-class athletes who are also clients at our studio. Our classes are fun for everyone!

The Orangetheory workout is as effective as it is unique. We focus on keeping your heart rate up with high-intensity interval training. Our classes are a combination of cardiovascular and strength exercises that give you a complete, full-body workout. Our classes are so successful that we have been recognized as the top fitness studio in Ottawa by First Choice.

All of our classes are taught by qualified and enthusiastic instructors. Our trainers and coaches can help you reach your fitness goals. Gym owner Jason Kincaid is a top Canadian Triathlon champion with years of experience. Both owners of this Orangetheory Fitness gym are highly accredited athletes. Coach Andrew is an elite-level rower, and Head Coach Omar is an elite tennis player and coach. With qualifications like these, you know you are in good hands.

Everyone is welcome at our studio from moms to athletes to corporate clients. The majority of our members are those who are looking to lose weight and tone their muscles and those who are looking for a change in their general fitness routines. They are often searching for motivation or for a way to take the guesswork out of creating their own workouts. We also have Olympian curlers Lisa Weagle and Emma Miskew and top Canadian gymnast Sophia Baguio as clients. Additionally, one of Ottawa's top Ringette teams, CORA, trains with us. Our clients come because they love our staff, our coaches, and the sense of community in our studio.

Andrew has been in the fitness industry as both a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He has a background in competitive rowing, but also enjoys tossing a frisbee around, cross-country skiing, and cycling. In a less physical capacity, he loves a good cup of coffee and science-fiction. Andrew is well-loved by the members for his great jokes in the morning, his dry sense of humour and always providing great support to try one's best!

I burn to enjoy a healthy body that can throw frisbees, ski, and bicycle.

Cheesy, refried-beany nachos piled on top of more nachos...

The walk-it-out.. (Kidding!) The power pull-up.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
